How do I process a return or exchange?
All returns and exchanges must be done within 30 days of order.
For a Full-Refund/Exchange on the order/items just follow these steps:
-Contact us to receive a free prepaid return shipping label.
-Package the items you are wanting to return along with a slip of paper with your Order Number, your full name, and a list of returned Items inside the box.
-For Exchanges, please specify that this is an Exchange and also state what item you would like to exchange the returned item for.
-Mail the package to the following address:
